On this page you will find FAQs such as: 1. How can I order? 1. How can I order Investment Coins? First of all, you may use our Online-Shop to order directly your desired coins. A registration with your personal details, e.g. your address and contact information, is needed. During the transmission of your data a secured SSL-connection is used to ensure the highest possible data transmission. You can also order by writing an Email to info@emporium-silberwerte.de. If you rather prefer to call us at +49/40/25799-108 or send a Fax to +49/40/25799-100, you may do so as well.
2. Delivery First of all, you may pickup your order without any cost. For a delivery within Germany we use the shipping company DHL, within Europe DHL or FedEx. Both shipping companies offer an insured delivery including a tracking-number, which allows one tracking and tracing. Outside the European Union we offer special logistic companies as well. Shipping costs vary, depending on the value and destination of the package. We provide a secured packing of your goods as well.
3. Safety is essential for us Safety has the highest priority, that's why we use a SSL-connection (Secure Socket Layer) while transmitting sensitive information online. On your computer, you can see it as the little padlock in the bottom right hand corner of your browser, when you send or collect information online. In effect, having an SSL certificate means that you can be assured that you are not exposed to any of the risks involved in sending data over any network or online to our server; no third party has any access during the transmission.
